CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 20% cancellation fee for new clients who no show or cancel their appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time (unless approved by me otherwise). As an established client, cancellation fees will be applied based on circumstance and within reason, so please text me if you need to cancel your appointment within that window.
